Weather Cloud Manipulation

Kyan has the ability to use weather (namely clouds) to be able to properly harness his latent abilities. He can create wings and claws from any kind of clouds (including storm and rain clouds.)

He is also able to create some wind currents using these or as a breath weapon (similar to dnd).

This new developement is rather exciting for him, and he quite enjoys the ability he possesses.
