I'm picturing an alternate reality where Basil collected cheese instead of feathers... no one's cheese would be safe.

His outfit features:
- Cheese colored fabric to blend in with cheese
- Backpack, for carrying lots of cheese
- Mask, that definitely hides his identity when he's out hunting for cheese
