Natural Synthetic

A time long since lost, leaving nothing but a world swallowed up by plant life. People nothing but a relic and animals similarly all but forgotten. The only being sat perfectly in a room beside a striped and aged tree. Or so it seemed, as it was hard to tell. They were perfectly still, face a bit too perfect. The most peculiar part being a branch, not unlike the tree she rested beside, growing perfectly as if to becon the sun closer.

No breath escaped, nor did the glossy soft violet hues in her sockets blink. Vines growing up their arms as if to pull them into the earth. Yet the sun framed her perfectly, as a doll.

The last remnant of a world.

"Leave." She spoke, voice barely above a whisper. It was not a request, though nor was it out of malice. Her glass eyes met, amd the vines snapped around her wrists as she turned to the unexpected visitor. "Please."

It's been a thought of mine since creating her, but I fully believe Etch's latent element with earth is what keeps her alive. The branch growing out the side of her head is sort of indicitive of that. She's a porcalein doll otherwise. Very old, and doesn't have a lot of reasons to do much.
