Nina's Elemental Discovery

When Nina was younger she discovered she could change the temperature of water. With practice, she learned to grow ice crystals using the water in the air and bring standing water to a boil. She finds this useful and is pleased to have this power. She uses the ice ability to create traps in battle or close range weapons like dirks and daggers. She uses her heating ability in battle to create a cover of steam.
