Since he's from a modern city, buildings can extinguish fires if things go wrong...
If you don't me asking, is he using a Fire Punch or is he shooting Fire?

  I don't mind at all.
  It was supposed to be a combination of both, like the punches were meant to shoot fire.

  Then as a Suggestion, I feel you should explain how his Fire works.
  Side note: He's a Pair of Scissors in a Rivalry with a stone slab. Is that a Stone Paper Scissors reference?

  Well here's my best explanation:
  Sizzlors is able to use his fire to fight at a distance and at close-range. This photo was meant to be a combination of both.
