Rain in the sky

Rain's element is Sky. It manifests as gusts of wind that could keep zem off the ground. The speed of the wind can change as well making it feel like it could Peirce through you. Or just knock you off something.

Ze was excited when the powers first manifested but quickly started getting irritated when ze couldn't stay upright in the air. But slowly as ze practiced ze got better.
