Personality: She’s a gentle, kind, self-reliant (if not occasionally hot-tempered) person with a motherly nature towards her brothers, and can become extremely fierce when faced with the need to protect her family from harm. She is also hesitant to tell others of her problems, thinking she can handle everything on her own but later realizes she can’t without help from others.

Technique/s: Winter Veil Jutsu (camouflages and even hardens to ice to shield her and allies from most attacks, the exception being fire-based jutsu) and (like Tenten) is very skilled with weaponry, concealing them in her cloak for surprise shooting attacks. 

The eldest of three, Oeyo took on the responsibility of caring for her brothers Sotaro and Gaku after their mother passed away. Their father was often away on missions, leaving Oeyo and her brothers to fend for themselves for a while. They had an okay childhood, thanks to their ninja-born instincts, the only complicated thing was that Oeyo had to do many things their mother would normally do and almost had no time for herself. With a little help from her brothers, Oeyo was able to juggle both her motherly role and ninja education with some ease. But when she does have some time, she enjoys going out ice-skating as a way to relieve tension and collecting various types of crystals due to an interest in charmstones.

Because of her motherly nature and ability, she was dubbed 'Yukinko' by other academy students. Truthfully, she was based of the Yuki-Onna, hence her colour design and personality, but I can't seem to decide whether to make her SC or NG.
