Tracking

Personally, I think he looks like he is tracking after someone/something, hence why it is a part out of the novel I'm creating with Aron--http://heartbeat.sheezyart.com/ This takes place in... the beginning actually, after Chapter One. Which is still in the works since it currently sucks and I scrapped the entire thing.

The symbols on the side say 'Yukai'. Someone at school who leads the Star Wars Fanclub had run them off. I thought they looked neat so I integrated it into this picture... though I hadn't anticipated it going through his wing. 'Tis what I get for not having drawn them in the first place, eh?

Well, this is in replacement of the image I was planning on using for the cover of Heartbeat. I utterly ruined Yukai but Zaki looked awesome with his outline. So I'm giving that to Aron to do with as whatever she pleases. So this will not only be the cover art (Once I can find a CGist who is patient enough to do a background, unless I can find a fitting one to fit it in...) but also a depiction of a scene.

  Ive got another nice little envision o fhim, except the rest, and how it went wrong, and he almost massacred the whole place... due to the fact that they wanted to kill Phoe ,and something The character said.....

  Well, it depends honestly. If Adriel cares for Phoenix in the story, then he'll slaughter the men trying to sacrifice him and take him away. If he doesn't, however, he may take pity at the last moment and call the sacrifice to an end with some reason that fits to the story. IE, his blood is tainted or he simply isn't 'good enough'.

  More decisions. fun fun. I just spent abour a day deciding what to do with Phoenix. oo now ihave to figure out Adriell.... Again. Agh.
  
  Actually, if you dont mind ill just stick for the first one, considering The 'leader of the Ferta'S just dreamed him, going on a killing spree because of Phoenix.. and Id reather not have ten more things to rewrite. My stress level is already past its limit.

Nuh, just kidding. Nice design and pose- great details in the character costume and whatnot. Might be good to work on using different width lines, making some outlines thicker than others to separate (for example) right arm from the body a bit more etc.

  Anyway. As for the lines, I used to do that with my old work. Make some thicker than others, thinner, etc. But I usually noticed that they didn't turn out quite right and always seemed to... well, to say the least, destroy the picture. However, I will try as you have suggested! The former was about... three years ago, I think, in the eighth grade? So it may be good to try again.
