D-corp's pretty much among the most awesome places to role play on that decency-forsaken site. Pretty much, children are infused with an animal's dna during their development. Humans have proved time and again to be ineffective in the handling of dragons, so animal dna was added. So far there's ups and downs to the expariment.
This kiddo, if it's not obvious enough, is infused with Kirin dna, a little more than most children hence his taur-ness. (If that's even a word.)
