Bad Blood

This sketch is a gift for my good friend, Laura.

In the altered timestream Tayn ended up serving under Sano, eventually growing in rank, capturing and interrogating prisoners rounded up from the small lingering rebel groups resisting Sano's power. Tobias, however, was a member of one such rebel group. So upon meeting the two that were once student and teacher are now bitter rivals in Chimu's second Cival War.

I wanted to do this pic for quite some time, mainly because it would be interesting to see these two finally going at it since there's a lot of in-game tension between them even when they're on friendly terms. Tobias has a more feral style on fighting where Tayn's been more disciplined. Toby uses curved talon blades where Tayn likes straight blades, Toby's style is more slashy, Tayn's more stabby- you get the picture.

Tobias belongs to me, Tayn belongs to Laura.
