RULES
Design Guidelines
- Designs should use the official Import lines, found in the group's Resources.
- Makeover Kits cannot be used in Approvals or Corrections.
- Please remember that the import is a reference sheet first and foremost! You may only add minimal outlines and shading. Refer to the "Helpful Guides" section of the Genetics and Mutations for full guidelines.
- If you do not have access to Photoshop, SAI, or CLIP Studio Paint, you may use alternative programs, however, be sure that the program you use does not degrade/pixelate the line art. If you do not have one of the most common paid raster graphics editors, we recommend MediBang Paint or FireAlpaca, both of which are free.
- Do not copy existing designs you do not own, whether that design was a stryx or a completely different character. You may take light inspiration, but your design must be recognizably different and not share characteristics such as name or recognizable symbols.
Image Guidelines
- Make sure the image is saved as a PNG.
- Upload your Design to your Sta.sh.
- Dracostryx imports must be full size at 2591 x 1470 pixels.
- Microstryx should be at their individual default resolutions.
Posting Guidelines
- Comment on the link to the correct thread, not on this journal. Comments on this journal will be ignored.
- Only one design per comment posted.
- Proofs may not be listed as "in sta.sh" but must be filled out in the comment via the form.
- DO NOT have conversations here! We must keep this area clutter-free, for the sake of our admins.
- If your design was commented on, DO NOT delete the file! Admins need to view old versions in Corrections.
- Do not delete your approved Sta.sh file until AFTER your Stryx has been uploaded.
Please comment
Grounds for Re-posting
- Submissions with incomplete Import Information will warrant a repost.
- Submissions without proper links, or unconfirmed proof links to items/addons/etc., will warrant a repost.
- Submissions marked with "proof/items links in stash" will warrant a repost.
- Submissions at the wrong file size and/or poor image quality will warrant a repost.
Skipped Designs
- If your design has been skipped in the queue it has likely not been ignored. It has been submitted for review to have a question answered about potentially incorrect markings. It should be answered fairly quickly, do not worry.
Emergency Posting
- If you are in a situation where you are unable to post your design yourself, you may get another user to post for you. This counts as one of the user's 3 posts per month, however. This may only happen ONCE a month. This is a rare event, and we will catch members abusing the system.
- THE PENALTY: all users involved will not be able to post to Approvals, Corrections, or Salon until the end of the NEXT month.

Notes on Sex and Gender
Your stryx's gender may differ from their sex, but their sex denotes their reproductive abilities.
Consequently, if your stryx's gender differs from the reproductive sex, please mark that info beneath "Personality" so the breeding admins aren't confused.
You can mark your stryx' sex at something else other than male and female at upload. Things such as Other, Sexless, Intersex, Neutral are allowed. Other flavor text can be put in the aforementioned 'Gender' field.
However, this will render your stryx unbreedable, and it cannot be changed after upload. Whether this affects your stryx' gender identity is up to you.
Note for imports: You can change a male/female marked stryx to one of the above 'other' options if they do not have their Eye of Galyx trophy. However, this is irreversible and will render your stryx unbreedable.
