That's pretty cool. Is it watercolor?
You may want to tilt the image and get rid of the white edges in photoshop or something. if you can't do it let me know and i'll fix it for you.

In fact I used a combination of watercolor and felts, and I tried to took your advice on the application of the colors i.e. not to use only one color but a mixture to create more effect.
I am not very satisfied with some details , some details must be asymmetrical as the two wings of the eagle but I did not succeed in making them asymmetrical, that is why I found the original mask more beautiful.
I tried to get rid these damns white edges but I didn't suceed please help!
