I have one thing constructive to say, and that is that his(hers?) left sleeve, after the wrist, didn't have enough shading(Or line weight) for me to know where the sleeve stopped and the skirt began :p.
Part of it is also the way you used the texture, but if I commented on that I'd be a hypocrite the size of Upstate NY.
