Well, It feels like the eyes are out of place. I can't quite put my finger on it... 
And I think a little shading and highlighting could really dress it up, but besides that, it's lookin' pretty good!

ashty187 Thanks and yea the eyes are a bit odd. but i did draw this when i was like 13 that was 4 years ago. and my software is limited so i am still trying to figure out how to make things look like adobe when it is mgi photosuite 4! lol. but i am sill improving.^.^ thanx
