Your dragon turned out lovely. If I have a critique, it's the contrast between the subject and the background. The background almost seems to say it's overcast or raining, but your character is brightly lit. Based on the character's happy expression. making the background look more inviting would help the mood of your work. Otherwise, it's a lovely piece
