Thanks so much for the advice I used dark purple for the shading and pale yellow for the light but I can never get it to look right so I'm going to try messing around with different colours to see what fits best

I use the multiply function and clip it to the features I'm trying to shade <3 It lets me do multiple layers of shading and build up from there! That works for me but I've seen a lot of great ideas. <3
