Sorry only saw this after I posted my other comment, so I'll have to double post- but the best way to learn to draw hand imo is too find images online of peoples hands in different poses and try to draw them (as boring and dry as that sounds)
There's also a great video on YouTube by the artist Marco Bucci that goes really in depth on the theory of drawing hands and helped me out a lot.
