I really felt like it gave me more to work with and I've sorta unabashedly been playing with it since. Drawing a bunch of pose sketches to get an idea of what I wanted to do recently. It's been so helpful.

Creature I have a little sketchbook dedicated to line of action practices! Did you use their guide for how to use the tool? It certainly has a lot of helpful uses even not "as intended."
