First off Robin, I love that you made her a red-head. Woot! One more for the red-heads. I think the coloring on this one is so dynamic Robin. It is so soft and really makes this look, well, kind of peaceful. I eally hope that you will color more of these hun. I love your colored drawings. But your watercolors will always be my favorite. My Kudos on this one. She is definitely going into my faves.
Soft seems to be the style that these pencilcrayons give out. I was just going for earth tones, but the pencils wanted everything very light and airy. THat's ok - this means that I now know what to use when I want that type of style.
It's almost time for me to break out the watercolours again, I think. A few more designs and pencil drawings to go first, though. This one I just drew last night, and decided it would be a colour. I'm having a lot of fun with my mechanical pencil, though, and I've been in the mood for detailing (*gasp*) so I'd better get some more stuff done before the desire escapes me again.
I was thinking of you when I coloured her... That's why her hair's the same hue. Much love always! Mr. Butmer
You really did think of me? Oh, that is so nice of you. ^_^ I am honored. I can't wait to see more of your water colors. They are my favorite. You so rock Robin!
