the guy is the valentine Fey boss, a lusty fey who hit on everyone. Shikun is naïve so most of the Fey sexual approach is often lost on her. so innuendo is something she does not grasp well so she take the Fey literally when he offer the pint size chef sausage only to mean something else....shikun got fed up and so water punch him the next time he walk up to her...hope that clear that up!
