Very nice job. Tetsuya Nomura is an excellent artist, and you've replicated his style well.
My only roast is this - don't be afraid to add a little of your own spice. Copying's a good way to start on your path, but you won't know who you are as an artist if you're imitating other people.

Wonderful. I like that you are very accurate with lines and shading. You really do put effort in your drawing.
As for the roast... Nothing much. And about shadows on her face... You chose to keep them to minimum. So I think you made shadow on her left eybrow too dark.

lol, yes... as the person above mentioned about the shoulders... jsut to clarify... ^_^ i know its hard to see... but the shoulders fade out as you go down,giving a basic hazy look about the full picture... its meant to be that way ^_^
Wow looks great! I like the deatils in the hair and the shading. Let's see you want a roast huh? Well The only thing I'd say to fix is to complete her shoulders. It'd add a whole lot more to the pic
