Noa was born to a Hispanic mother (Lucia) and a Caucasian father (Rodney). She has one brother named Mateo. Noa was a shy child and mainly kept to herself. She was always good with children, even if their parents intimidated her. She always dreamed of being a teacher. Noa got her degree to teach but had a hard time finding a job in her hometown. Her uncle Rico convinced her to move to his village as there was an opening for an elementary teacher. She packed up and left her life in the city behind to start a new life in the village of Santa Luna.
