Anchor Man

This is one of my 8 Robot masters I want to see in the Megaman Series


Anchorman is a useful robot for collecting Anchors at the bottom of the sea from wrecked ships, so mainly he's a search robot, when he finds them, he carries them back to a dock so the Anchors can be re-used for another ship. He likes to keep things clean, and when it comes to Anchors, he knows everything about them!
