Green Texture

This is the first in a series of pictures where I did alot of texture with colored pencils. The background on this scanned version isn't even half of what is covering the page of the original. I made alot of mistakes in the background of this one that I tried to not repeat in the others. The area of color was so massive, you can see in the pic where I started coloring and where I started to get tired. I think I sprained my wrist with this one. It was completed at the end of a CSI marathon. It took me the whole marathon to finish filling in the space. My green colored pencil died for this picture. Rest in peace my dear green, rest in peace.
