I love the color choices you made here, he seems like an interesting character. He could use some darker values under the jaw line as it looks a little washed out there. His eye has a strange shape and looks lidless as it is now. All the little details in the headgear adds interest as well as the chain at his neckline. Nice work, thanks for sharing it with us.
