Uh- so her irises aren't big enough for her eyes (which are a bit crooked looking- she looks cross-eyed), her lips are too pink and too poofy, somehow, I lost the shadow implying the other part of her nose, her skin looks a bit blotchy in places and I went a bit crazy using the Dodge tool on her hair. I know most of the flaws I think.
But, besides those, I like it very much. I like the coloring. Not a bad use of seven hours on a Sunday.
*look up from your description* She's not that bad looking... But I wouldn't have used the dodge tool on her hair. Hair I've found looks much better if you air brush in a base color & then work your high & low lights in strand by strand. You can also shade hair by airbrushing your shadows in using a lesser opacity of color. Also upper lips tend to be slightly darker than the lower one. And her skin tones look fine.
Yeah, thanks. I noticed that about the lips- I just got too lazy to fix it. ^^ Thanks a lot for the tips though. I'll keep that in mind next time. This was just sort of playing around.
*nods* Well you can always say she's about to kiss some Elvish guy, no? Then her lips should be poofy...XD
You're welcome. It's not bad at all for just playing around & learning. You know, after a while I stopped using dodge & burn as you cna get better results playing with the color palettes.
