He doesn't really know what life has in store for him. He just knows he'll fall in love. He knows that in the end, one of them will end up hurt.
And he knows that no matter lifetime it is, it will always be the same.

This is my most beloved original character, Julian Isaias, perhaps presenting one of the biggest clues as to the very essence of his existence right in that ankh hanging around his neck. This was a relatively old sketch I fixed up and shaded with a Staedler 3B.
