The empty restaurant was filled with sounds and voices - which in itself was strange and eerie enough to turn many away.

Rafael and Solomon watched from behind the drink machines as an Athos paced back and forth, keeping himself busy with orders.

From ghosts, probably - considering how dead-silent Caspian was as he worked.

This was too familiar for the brothers - excluding the presumed spirits filling the pixelated screens with endless orders - and neither liked it. The smell of pure, food-dirtied frying oil was infused with every surface. It would soon do the same to their clothes. An unwelcome souvenir, to say the least.

Just like multiple times before in the span of about ten minutes, Caspian walked past the brothers, who peeked from behind the sodas. Glancing at the two men pulled his focus off the task at hand, and it came with a high price. The eternal slipped on the tiled floor, and went down pulling things with him - including two filled paper cups, that spilled their contents into the pool of hot oil next to them.

There was a reason you didn't leave drinks next to the frying stations.

Did Caspian listen to the speedy introduction earlier?

Of course not.

As Rafael froze in his tracks at the loud sizzling and yelling, Solomon lunged out of their temporary hideout. The younger brother followed the older with widened eyes, as he darted to the eternal.
