The Blackhand Gunatlet

Appearance: A black metal gauntlet with fine black detailing. An eye symbol is detailed on the back of the hand. The gauntlet's fingers contain metal claws that can be retracted for things like handshakes or when something needs more delicate handling. 

Grooves line the gauntlet; when Dalv's fire element manifests, heat radiates from these lines. Dalv doesn't need the gauntlet for magic. It's a sign of something more... Ominous.

Bio: The Blankhand Gunatlet has been in Dalv's family since the family name was made. It's a secret Dalv knows, but the Blackhand gauntlet is why Dalv has the family name. Given to one of Dalv's ancestors by an ancient, evil being, the gauntlet has been passed down to each generation of Blackhand vampires, making it very old. Despite the age, it looks as fresh as the day it was made, barring a few scratches here and there. 

Items such as portal gems can be inset into the gauntlet and will attach to it if Dalv wishes it. 

Dalv is rarely seen not wearing the gauntlet but has been known to take it off for bathing. (Hand cheese is gross.!) This Gauntlet signifies Dalv's legacy and his link to his past. If the gauntlet is lost, one may make a new pact with the ancient being that gifted the gauntlet to the Blackhand Family
