These large, social creatures are sometimes tamed and ridden by Fisherman tribes. Roughly the size of a tall horse, Herongriffs are accomplished fishers, known for their slow, high-stepping gait, using their sensitive toes to detect even the slightest movement in the mud or sand beneath the water. Their sharp, powerful beaks are excellent tools for scooping up or even stunning a fleeing fish.
