Anyone get the new Wii U yet? Thoughts? Impressions?

I think the miiverse is pretty cool. It's fun to see all the cool art people draw. I wish I could hook up my miiverse account to PaperDemon so my art would automatically post here! But I don't think Nintendo has an API for that.

The game the Wii U comes with is fun. I'm glad they made it themed on various Nintendo franchises instead of making it generic like the Wii Sports was. So far I've had the most fun with the Zelda, Metroid, and Luigi's Mansion themed games.

I'm holding off until there are some more must haves. I am mostly doing the PC thing nowadays anyways.

Yes there were not any compelling launch titles this time. its fun to play when friends or family are around though.

Another issue is the hardware specs, sure its far more powerful than the PS3 and 360, buit if the specs on the next Xbox hold up they will be significantly more powerful than the Wii U, and I am not sure if that strategy is going to work again.
