Welcome to the world of Kahuvaa, an ungulate art role playing game (ARPG). We offer a collaborative world building community focused on creating a more immersive and engaging environment which is brimming with possibilities for adventure. Kahuvaa is home to numerous ungulate species (with an emphasis on equine), offering ever-expanding opportunities for players to discover new environments, characters, and game mechanics.

Before we kick off this HARPG on PaperDemon, we are in need of some feedback and suggestions - we need testers!

What is a tester?

Testers are just like players but get one special privilege: they get sneak peeks and are able to interact with mechanics before they are released to the main player base.

As a tester you are given various topics to plow through and help determine just which mechanics are released and how they function.

As we have multiple topics that we would like opinion on, you'll have a lot of ground to cover as a tester.

We are searching for testers of various mediums and styles. We also want to try and get testers who are familiar with PaperDemon, unfamiliar with PaperDemon, and those that are on multiple art platforms.

What is required to become a tester?

Prior experience in an ARPG or HARPG is required! You must have been an active player or admin of an ARPG for at least one year to qualify. Why? We want feedback that comes from experienced players as experience means you have been exposed to multiple outcomes for various situations found in ARPGs and thus can help shape Kahuvaa for the better.

We are hoping to have testers that work in various mediums so that everything within Kahuvaa is fair and interactable to all types of content creators. Our goal is to get players that specifically create content in a certain medium along with those that work in mixed mediums.

All testers are provided with Google forms and surveys to complete. Each one comes with it’s own rough deadline which is flexible but there is one final deadline to have all the feedback in by: October 01, 2020. This deadline only applies to the pre-opening testing.

What do I get if I become a tester?

A special tester badge is awarded which you can showcase on your player profile!

In order to qualify for final rewards, testers must actively participate. Although there are no hard deadlines for participation, everything has one final deadline. Participation mainly involves filling out Google forms and surveys.

Each form completed thoroughly earns x50 Wampums (in-game currency).

If a tester completes all forms and surveys in a timely manner they can earn an exclusive in-game items pack which contains ingredients, sellabales, crafted goods, companions, and tack all rolled individually per tester.

The rewards listed above are only for the pre-opening testing. Once the HARPG launches officially, testers have the ability to stay onboard as official testers to continue giving feedback and even trying out mechanics for continuous rewards based on participation.

How do I become a tester?

Applications close once 50 active testers have been confirmed and/or December 5th, 2020 arrives - whichever is first.
