Error Reports
If there is an error in your Vault, Inventory, or Player Log, please report it here.
Report username changes or account changes here as well.

Player logs are no longer needed due to updates to PD that send you automantic notifications.

Fill out the following form and post it as a reply on this thread...

Location of Error: [Vault, Inventory, Add-On Bank, Player Log, or other doc like Event Trackers]
Description of Error: [Tell us exactly what is missing or shouldn't be there. Provide us any proofs you have as well!]

Please remember to fill out the correct forms correctly, otherwise your requests may be delayed by admins needing to clarify with you!
