Ahhh I absolutely adore this design as well! The ruff at the top of her scales/dress is cool, and the pattern on her lower half is beautiful.

Great work on the surroundings, too! The sea vents and sunken ships add great flavour.

    Thank you very much! The pattern on her tail is the same pattern on her legs in her normal form too ^^ It's just more bold I guess because there's a lot more showing on it.
