Clip Studio? What brushes do you use for the detail in the sky? Like the colors fading etc.

The fading in the sky from blue to red is not a brush at all. That's a layer on "color dodge" with a red-orange Airbrush on soft settings. 
The speckles are the new airbrush tool, that came with one of the latest updates. ^.^
