It was supposed to be a gift to her when she turned old enough for marriage. It is a magic shapeshifting hairpin made of moonlight and a precious pearl. It can turn into weapons and into other things as well as separating and re-merging together. It also helps with enhancing or focusing power. Her father worked on it when he found out his wife had birthed a daughter. is the last thing FengMian has of her family before she had separated from them. She doesn't know how to use it as she only thought of it as a normal hairpin.
