Inar, Aka: Agent Cephal

Inar is an Octoling who used to be an elite agent in the Octarian forces. However, after events in between Splatoon 2 and 3, Inar joined the New Squidbeak Splatoon. Inar isn't a big fan of working with others, and is often cold to others. This is because he was drafted into the Octarian army at a young age.
