Talisman: Veronica Wagner

What is Veronica's Talisman?

Veronica's Talisman is Sigue, her long-time best friend: a talking giant camel spider. (Every square in the picture roughly represents a foot of space.)

Why is Veronica taking it with her?

As said, Sigue is Veronica's best friend and long-time companion. He is obedient and loyal, almost soldierly. He isn't the most friendly to anyone else, but if there's anyone in the world who loves Veronica purely and without limits, it's him. She's not so much "taking" him with her, as he is following her of his own free will.

Also, he makes up for her physical lack with his incredible speed and hardiness. So he's a very pragmatic addition to her existence.

I love that you put the badge triangles on his back. I was talking to Schwarzer about it in the lounge today, and how the tattoos might show up from the portals and then BOOM, you solved it for me. Lovely work... I think. I mean - it looks like a spider. And is well drawn. XP

  Thanks! Though, let's see... Fordandra's twins Rafiel and Solomon... one is the talisman. And Arkillian Dragon's Bryan has a little bunny who's the goddess of luck! So Sigue may not be the first, but every one is different! X3
