[TFE] Council Design Contest Entry

My entry for the Council of Friendship design contest.

Here's some info about the character (if they win, you can change it however you like): They are a fearless warrior who is always ready to defend the inhabitants of Equestria. They have defeated a werebat who was terrorizing the ponies and turned its hide into a cape. They fight using retractable blades on the greaves. They can turn into a giant bat thanks to the magic amulet conected to the cape. Their cutie mark is three swords and a crescent.
