The pose is so dynamic! Love the lighting, too.

Thank you! I don't know how accurate of a pose it is for how an actual archer would hold a bow, but I had fund drawing it Smile

You are so fast! This is amazing again. I love the perspective and lighting.

Not too fast. I think it took me about 4 hours? I have done a lot of art this week though! Big Smile

Yeah, you've been very prolific. And 4 hours is pretty fast - compared to me, anyway. Mine are usually 8 hours.

8 hours is fine, but I know that you're not doing a sketch in 8 hours. You should give yourself a time limit and see how you go. I dont' suggest all your art should be timed, but say... 1 hour, or 2 hours. when the time goes off, you have to post the results. Maybe a 1 or two character picture. Doesn't need colour. I think you could do way more than you give yourself credit for. Your WIPs are all beautiful too Smile

It's less that I refuse to do quick sketches, and more that after so long away, I've realized that my favourite pieces from before are the ones I finished. The ones I thought about, and spent the time on. I've done a lot of sketches in my time. They are the things I didn't stop. What I stopped was proper artistic study and completion of my work. I know how to do a 30-second gesture drawing, or a 10-minute pencil sketch. Smile At this point in my artistic journey, I personally would rather take the time and be happy with my creations.

Ooh, that's a glorious pic and a super fun weapon. I agree that the flame effect on the arrow and the magic around the bow came off really nicely.

Thank you TuT Bryan has always used a bow and arrow as his primary weapon. IT made sense to make it fire since that seems to hurt the vampire the most Smile Gotta make up for changing his element from fire to earth xD

The flame effect here looks great

Thank you Smile Procreate has some cool firey brushes. Takes a little to figure them out but when you do they're fun Smile
