A bottlecap on a cheap metal chain, Berkleigh made this as a momento to his family after leaving home back on earth, he's taken it with him through terrestrial life and into the underworld. It's value is purely sentimental and bittersweet, he carries it as a reminder of childhood innocence. the neglect he suffered, and his own emancipation.

The detail you put into the chain is gorgeous, there's a lot of little parts a lot of people gloss over with chains, it really emphasizes its importance to him.

  TY! I don't usually have the patience for patterns like chains but this shape is easier to draw than the typical square rings, so I could spend more time on details. Horray for shortcuts haha!
