What a beautiful perspective! The characters are very well shaded from the fairy light (orb), and well detailed to where I can tell that they're meant to be feathery and furry.

I have to say I thought it was strange at first to have the tree framing askew like that. But looking at the piece in detail I find that it really draws the eyes and makes the piece really interesting to look at.

  Thank you so much! I've been focusing more on framing lately, since I've found my most recent pieces kinda stale and boring, and I've been enjoying the results. Of course I get a chance to paint once every six months it seems but this event has gotten my butt in gear.
