Olive is short, as compared to a human, but is not the tiny winged variety of fae. More .. the troublemaking trickster type. They grew up in East Manticore Village with loving, if overbearing parents, and are heir to a minor noble title.  They don't care much about court politics, and have very little interest in staying home for any length of time.

Olive has never met  a problem that they didn't figure they could twist, trick, or talk their way out of, although often they find themselves in a new kind of mess as a result.  They are rash but charasmatic, and often quite lucky.  They have a strong sense of justice. They are the kind of person who always finds themself on the side of the small guy, and has as such made a lot of friends over their life.

Olive is the main character for a short series of comedy adventure comics I made with my wife over the past year, that took Olive to all kinds of fantastical places, such as the deep ocean lair of the sea witch, the clockwork tower of Chronograd, mythical space, and /shudders/ suburbia. They are always looking for another adventure.
