    The golden chain in her hand glowed, melting from places closer to her fingers - yet, it didn’t break. It kept reforming itself as it melted, as if it yearned to be whole and commanded. She spun it around, sending sparks and embers into the surrounding air. The metal made a whirring sound as it raced next to her ear on loops, humming in an untouchable warmth. Arcus chuckled. Something to get used to - but not bad at all.
