Watermelon Pixel

Art block has been going on strong for a while now, so I'm stoked that I managed to finish this piece :') It may be so because of how small and fast pixels are compared to my other work, but I'll take it, haha. It's always a blast to make art of Kamon, those irridescent scales are a blast to color. Maybe if I do more small pieces like pixels, it'll get me out of this rut.

Art and Kamon belong to me.

It contrasts well with the softer and/or lighter tones on the rest of him, I enjoy his fins and wings greatly Heart Thank you!

I mean a while back doing pixels about that size was definitely a boost. You did an amazing job though, dang. I love how it turned out!

I find them to be a ton of fun, and a creative way to see how you manage space and base forms. I've considered trying smaller ones, but I don't think I'd enjoy it as much as I would trying on larger pixels (even though the work load adds up fast surprisingly!) This design of this boy here is a blast to work with, it makes it easier to make lovely pieces Smile Thank you!
