I'm more or less in agreement with Pazazz. If you move the brightest point of you rim lighting in slightly on the dragon's body and add a darker cast shadow to the rock, it will give the dragon a much greater sense of depth and solidity.
The composition is very striking though and I like the bright colors and dramatic lighting. It's a very cool looking dragon.

I like the composition and colors here, but the clarity is off. It appears as if the piece is slightly out of focus and is hard on the eyes. Try getting sharper details into your work and using a different blending method. Darker shading under the dragon would marry him/her to the rock. Thanks for sharing this with us.
