Imbued with an ancient magic, these scissors seem capable of cutting or altering just about anything. You have no idea how, but there seems to be no limit to what these things can do. 

These scissors can be used to optionally depict a non-legendary pokemon in one of its specie's alternate forms in a submission! Alternatively, you can also use them at the salon to more permanently update your pokemon's main image to a different form.

Note: While powerful, these scissors cannot change a pokemon's regional form
